**Sales Associate**

Midlothian, Texas Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **Compensation will depend upon experience.** Our Sales Associates are a key part of our team and are the face of our company. They build relationships with our families, answer phones, greet customers and create a friendly and fun environment. Our Sales Associates inform our customers about the services we provide, our coaching staff, and assist them in finding the best fit for their familys needs. This position is part-time with options to grow into full-time.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply. Must be available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-8:30 pm. Must be friendly, energetic, and quick to solve problems. Must love kids, building new relationships, and greeting new people. Must have good verbal and written skills, computer knowledge, enjoy sales, and driven to hit goals. Nova Gymnastics provides job-specific training. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain course certifications required by SafeSport.
