Our client is a privately owned manufacturing firm in San Antonio that manufactures high end products, they are Looking for a seasoned Quality Manager. Drive quality control efforts, oversee inspections, and maintain excellence in manufacturing while leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Department, ensuring meticulous inspections of materials and finished products.
• Develop and implement processes to meet and exceed quality standards.
• Identify and address non-compliance issues, guiding the team towards effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Lead engagement in audits and corrective action plans, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8 + years' experience in manufacturing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
• Experience with ISO standards implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma).
