**What youll achieve**

As an APOS Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing extended support solutions for a named account set. You will utilize Dell EMCs Product refresh program while delivering a compelling Dell EMC maintenance renewal value proposition. You will work with Central US Commercial customers on Client and Enterprise extended support renewals.

**You will:**

* Build and execute an account or territory plan for each assigned account or territory to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

* Support field team and account team members in assigned account territory by providing strategic direction/input and following-up on open items.

* Develop and maintain strong field and cross-functional relationships internally to help drive account success including maintaining contact with assigned customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and Dell EMCs footprint expansion.

* Successfully utilize Salesforce.com/NextGen to update forecast, activity and contact information on all open opportunities

* Participate in regular one-on-one reviews with District Manager to review forecasts, activity performance, training and development requirements

**Essential Requirements**

* Bachelors Degree (non-technical) or equivalent required

* Strong sales skills with 5+ years of experience in high-tech, B2B service sales (renewal sales experience not required, but is a plus)

* Product and process knowledge for all core Dell EMCs and DPS products is preferred

* Highly developed communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to influence others to achieve results

**Desirable Requirements**

* Demonstrated negotiation skills ; above-average organizational and problem-solving skills

* Strong interpersonal skills that allows individual to work successfully with their team ; proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products (more specifically Excel)
